- Include the contact details you used for your order and the reason for your request.
How refunds are paid
Once your request is approved, we refund you through your original payment method where possible. If that is not possible, we will agree another method with you.
After 7 days
Requests made after the 7-day period are not covered by this guarantee. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
